March 18, <br />1996 ir the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley Parkway. The original public hearing was <br />scheduled before the Planning Commission at their September 18, 1995 meeting and was tabled <br />at the request of the applicant. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this meeting.
