Box 66 Crystal Bay, MN 55323 Phone (612)473-7357 Fax 473-0510NOTICE <br />•*. <br />The Orono City Council will i-!o!d a public hearing in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley Parkway on Monday, April 8, ’996, the meeting commences at 7:00 p.m., on the matter <br />of a request by Ben Meinhardt ci 3585 Sixth Avenue North for a variance to Ordinance <br />No. 144, Second Series, An Interim Ordinance Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section <br />462.355, Subdivision 4, to Extend the Moratorium Established in Ordinance No. 139, <br />Second Series Prohibiting the Granting of Preliminary Subdivision Approval, Zoning <br />(CUP/Variance) Approval, Rezoning, PUD or Building Permit Approval Within the Highway <br />12 Corridor as Defined Therein. The applicant requests a variance to the moratorium <br />ordinance in order to obtain a building permit to construct an addition to his existing <br />residence. The proposed addition requires no vaiiances to performance standards of the RR- <br />IB zoning district requirements. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this meeting.
