CITYofORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 3 7 62 <br />1.Applicants and their agents shall adhere to the land alteration provisions of <br />Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.56, Subdivision 16(J), and such work shall <br />adhere to the Best Management Practices for Protecting Water Quality in Urban <br />Areas. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />ATTEST: <br />Applicants and applicants’ agents shall be responsible for immediate cleanup of all <br />materials spilled on City roads. <br />Applicants shall adhere to the site plan and grading plan by Coffin & Gronberg, <br />Inc. dated 5/16/96 revised 8/14/96 revised 8/19/96. Any revisions of that grading <br />plan and site plan will require further review by the City. <br />No other conditional use permit or variance approvals are granted with this <br />resolution of approval. <br />Applicant shall obtain a land alteration permit from the City prior to commencing <br />importation of fill. <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicants have read, understood and hereby agree to the terms <br />of this resolution and on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, <br />hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 9th day of September, 1996. <br />orothy M.
