(34.3%) for an increase of 217.8 sq. ft. or a variance of 9.32% to <br />allow for a new deck and stairs and reconfiguring the sidewalk. <br />J.Section 10.22, Subd. 1, B, Lokeshore Setback Regulations <br />Section 10.56, Suhd. 16, C, 6, Average Lakeshore Setback <br />No principal or accessor>' structure .shall be located closer to the lakeshore than the average distance <br />from the shoreline of existing residence buildings on adjacent lots, e.xcept that this does not apply <br />to stairways, lifts, landings, and lockboxes. The average lakeshore setback line shall be a straight <br />line connecting the most lakeward protrusions of residence buildings on the immediately adjacent <br />lakeshore lots. <br />The applicant's residence currently encroaches into the average lakeshore setback.
