The bern will act as a barrier to the <br />noise and activity of a concession stand, bleachers and parking which are <br />located within 30’ of my property. <br />The berm will be approx. 350’ in length and 10 ’ In height. It will be contured <br />with a 3 feet of width for each 1 foot rise. <br />The berm will be landscaped with grass seeding and tree planting following <br />construction. <br />An agreement has been reached with Neal Lawson, Assistant Superintendent <br />of the Orono Public Schools, to provide truck acces.s through the school <br />property. <br />I ' <br />i
