(i)The applicant shall demonstrate by providing a <br />coverage/interference analysis and capacity analysis prepared <br />by a registered professional engineer that the location of the <br />antennas as proposed is necessary to meet the frequency <br />spacing needs of the personal wireless service system and to <br />provide adequate portable personal wireless service coverage <br />and capacity to the area. <br />Section 8. Section 10.43, B-4, Office and Profession Business District, Subd. 4 (J), Public <br />Services, to be amended to read as follows: <br />J.Public Services. Public service structures, including, but not limited to, <br />electrical transmission lines and buildings .such as telephone exchange <br />stations, booster or pressure stations, elevated tanks, lift stations and electric <br />power substations. Personal wireless services and commercial broadcasting <br />antennas and towers shall not be considered essential services. <br />Section 9. Section 10.44, B-5, Limited Neighborhood Business District, Subd. 4 (C), Public <br />Service Structures, to be amended to read as follows: <br />C.Public Service Structures. Public service structures, including, but not <br />limited to, electric transmission lines in buildings such as telephone exchange <br />stations, booster or pressure stations, elevated tanks, lift stations and electric <br />pow'er substations. Personal wireless services and commercial broadcasting <br />antennas and towers shall not be considered essential services. <br />Section 10. Section 10.50,1, Industrial District, Subd. 3 (B), Antenna Structure, to be <br />amended to read as follows: <br />B.Antenna Structure. One independent antenna structure with antenna or <br />combination of antenna attached thereto, subordinate to and servicing the <br />principal use or structure on the same lot and customarily incidental thereto <br />that is not attached to another structure provided the height of the antenna <br />structure does not exceed 65 feet and the antenna structure is set back from <br />':ay lot line a distance at least equal to the total height of the antenna <br />structure. <br />Section 11. Section 10.75, Height of Structures, Subd. 1, Special Prov isions, (A) Antenna <br />or antenna structures, to be deleted. <br />Subd. 1. Special Provision;:. The height limitations imposed by other provisions of <br />this Chapter may be increased by conditional use permit by 50 percent when applied <br />to the following structures: <br />Ar Antenna or antenna structures. <br />4 <br />I <br />. ^
