Planning & Zoning Administrator <br />DATE;April 9,1996 <br />SUBJECT; #2098 Eva Theobald, 4101 Highvvood Road - Variances - Continuation of <br />Public Hearing <br />Zoninr, District; LR-IB, Single Family Lakeshore Residential, 1 acre. <br />Application: Revised request for lot area, lot width, 75-250' hardcover, front (street) and side <br />setback variances to replace existing residence with a new home. <br />Note: Applicants, Kari and Paul Romportl, are no longer involved with this application. The owner <br />of the property, Eva Theobald, is continuing the application in conjunction with realtor, Stuart <br />Hoam. The proposal has been revised to address the issues noted by the Planning Commission at <br />the January 16th meeting.
