The chanzxel dredging is located in Lafayette Bay, Lake Minnetonka, <br />as shown on Exhibit A attached. <br />2. The channel dredging is required to maint'*in riparian access to <br />nine residential properties within the City of Orono. <br />3. The channel to be maintained was previously dredged under proper <br />state permits.
