Bieker and Jeanne-Marie Varga at the residential property located at 2440 Old Beach <br />Road subject to the tollowing conditions: <br />1 Applicant's construction plans to be amended to show center support for decking and <br />2 ”x6" stringers to replace 5"x6" shouTt on plans. <br />2. Applicant to provide verification of soil conditions to determine if the 10 depth is <br />adequate for piers. <br />3 Before building permit can be issued by the Citv' of Orono for the construction of the <br />permanent dock the following must be submitted to the City: <br />A. Written confimiation from LMCD of approval of dock location and <br />construction plan. <br />B. DNR permit. <br />C.Permit from the MCWD if required or if not written confirmation that <br />Watershed District does not require a review.
