The surveyor h.as performed a bench loop <br />to vtrin t* *l*.vations at the site. The grading plan and fill calculations arc acceptable. The fill <br />required cs.nvrjuct the garage and driveway appears to be below 100 cubic yards which should not <br />require a cc; vjudl use pcrmii. <br />The total fill i.iat must be hauled into the site, including that for the old basement, may be as much <br />as 500 cubic yards (loose volume). Tiic applicant should conduct all hauling on Citv- roads prior to <br />March 15, 1996. when the roads will be piostcd for a maximum weight of 5 tens per axle. <br />A map of the haul route should be provided to the Citv' for approval prior to commencing with the <br />work. Hie applicant should be responsible tor cleaning the surtace ot any paved public street that <br />becomes soiled due to the construction activities on this project. For safety reasons and m times ot <br />inclement weather or early th.aw. the Citv- must have the authority to stop all hauling activity until <br />such time that the City determines neccssar>’. <br />The erosion control measures should be inplaoe prior to any grading operations. The <br />operations should be monitored and inspected to verity that adequate compaction ot the till is <br />obtained to support the proposed structure.
