The first renewal variance expired December 12, 1995. Applicant claimed <br />major problems with getting construction underway in the 1995 building season. England has <br />advised that in 1996 he plans to begin construction and seeks approval of a second renewal variance <br />for lot area. <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the second renewal variance to lot <br />area subject to the findings and conditions set forth in the original resolution. <br />For more detail on this review.
