The trench should be at least 6 <br />inches deep and 6 inches wide. The fabric is <br />laid in the trench which Is tlxn backfilled <br />and compaacd. All silt fences should be inspected <br />immediately after each runoff event and at least daily <br />during prolonged rainfall. Any required repairs <br />should be made immediately.
