4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />ATTEST: <br />It shall be the responsibility of the applicants to contact the Orono staff prior to the <br />commencement of the land alterations to determine if erosion control has been <br />properly installed and whether the erosion control will be sufficient. <br />Authorities granted b this resolution run with the propert>' not with the owners, but <br />are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a land alteration permit <br />by February 1996 in order to meet approved deadlines established by applicants and <br />approved by the City. <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicants have read, understood and hereby agree to the terms of <br />this resolution and on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, <br />hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the Chain of Title of the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 12th day of February, 1996. <br />Dorothv M.
