The graduated banks allow for the restoration of plant life and enhances habitat for the <br />raising of waterfowl. The restored banks will also be planted with special seed mixture. <br />The spoils from the excavation will be stored in the upper elevations with appropriate erosion <br />control to prevent any seepage back into the wetland in the spring. Once the bank has been <br />restored to approved elevations shown on final grading plan. Exhibit G, the entire area will be <br />immediately seeded and erosion control maintained until the entire disturbed area has been <br />restored. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the application as shown on <br />final grading plan prepared by Mark S. Gronberg (Exhibit G) and final construction plan <br />prepared by D. Nadeau (E.xhibit H-2).
