Lots I and 2 shall be assigiied a Linden Avenue <br />address. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the vacation and subdivision <br />of a lot line rearrangement as proposed, subject to the findings and conditions set forth in the <br />enclosed staff resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED; <br />Council may adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution of the preliminary subdivision <br />of a lot line rearrangement. Council may conceptually approve the vacation but the formal <br />resolution approving vacation shall be presented for Council's fomial action with the final <br />plat of the subdivision.
