Brueggeman Companies - Continued) <br />Lindquist commented that with one parcel, 2 acres in size, with the concerns of the <br />property and the houses in the area on 1 acre or less parcels, it was his opinion that ** <br />would be difficult to enforce the standards. Lindquist suggested gaming the opinion of the <br />City Attorney. <br />It was decided to gather more information, gain the counsel of the Attorney, and ask the <br />Council for their direction regarding the property. <br />PLANNING CONLMISSION COMMENTS <br />(#19) REPORT BY PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE <br />ATTENDING COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 11, 1995 (DALE <br />LINDQUIST) <br />Lindquist noted the delay in the start of the meeting due to a lack of a quorum. <br />(#20) REPORT BY PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE <br />ATTENDING PARK COMMSSION MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 4,1995 <br />No representative of the Planning Commission attended the Park Commission meeting of <br />September 4, 1995. <br />(#21) OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br />Schrocder will attend the October 2 meeting of the Park Commission. <br />Gafifon brought to the attention of the lake use committee possible meeting dates of <br />October 4, 5, or 6. <br />Gaffron asked that aU open space surveys be completed and turned in to City <br />Administrator Moorse. <br />Gaffi-on said Mabusth has suggested a work meeting be scheduled concerning zoning <br />issues. <br />ADDITIONAL ITEMS <br />(#22) PLANNING COMMSSION APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE AUGUST <br />21, 1995 MEETLNG <br />Schroeder moved, Hawn seconded, to approve the Minutes of the August 21, 1995 <br />Planning Commission Meeting. .Ayes 6, Nays 0. <br />32
