r . <br />I . <br />f <br />The City of Orono <br />December 19, 1995 <br />RE: Property at: 3315 Crystal Bay Road <br />I bought this home in March of 1995. It was in need <br />of a few repairs, one being some of the blocks in the <br />garage foundation were crumbling. I had a masonary <br />man come in to repair them and he ended up replacing <br />the all. Also the cement floor in the garage was <br />cracked and crumbling so he replaced this. It was <br />not my intention to do this much work, but it became <br />necessary. This garage and storage above is the only <br />storage I have. My home is a 1920's cabin and has 2 <br />small closets and no basement. <br />My deck on my house is deterioting and I would like to <br />replace this. I have 4 doors opening onto this deck. <br />I would reduce the hardcover by not rebuilding this <br />deck as large as it was, but by making it smaller on <br />the driveway side. I could also remove a patio in the <br />rear of the house. I cannot reduce the driveway as <br />there is very limited parking on the narrow road in front. <br />There is a 2 foot wall on the road to hold back the <br />elevation, this is the original wall and also has steps <br />in front needed to gain access to the road. The cjty <br />road encroaches this property. The majority of my <br />property is located in 0-75' <br />; J - , <br />Patricia A Guttormson
