Applicant’s contractor had obtained the necessaiy' permits for minor repairs <br />to the detached garage. Once the repairs were begun the contractor soon realized the need to <br />replace block foundation and a new cement floor was poured. This type of structural <br />improvement required variance approval as structure is located completely within the 0-75 <br />setback area.
