r . rr <br />« # <br />Mike Gaffron <br />3/25197 <br />page 3 <br />In Section 2.A., which discusses how natural features influence development, the city has a section on <br />woodlands which states; <br />‘Preservation of woodlands is important both aesthetically andfunctionally. <br />Section 4.A.P3, General Development Policies, also encourages the preservation of natural resources; <br />“Allow low-density, rural residential development if no damage would be done to natural <br />resources and adequate permeable soils are available to meet the City‘s on-site system <br />requirements." <br />The above issues should be fully addressed in order to complete the EAW. <br />This letter concludes the CoimciTs review of the EAW.
