CITY OF ORONO
P.O. The law also allows the City to extend
the 60 day deadline by providing written notice of the extension to the applicant. The City hereby
extends the deadline to June 27, 1997 for the following reasons:
1. State statutes Chapter 15.99 Subd. 3 (d) extends the deadline to 60 days after
completion of the last EAV/ process. The earliest the City Council could reasonably take
final action on the EAW is at the regular meeting of April 28. Therefore, 60 days following
April 28 is June 27,1997.
2. The complexity of the review is sufficient reason to extend the deadline.
3. The application remains technically incomplete pending receipt of a certificate of
survey and a septic system site evaluation report for the maintenance facility.
