If the easements are ultimately <br />deemed as not allowing this to occur until the frontage road can be completed through <br />to Brown Road, then development of Lot 1 shall not le allowed until the frontage road <br />is fully constructed. <br />4. Rebers shall grant the City a drainage and utility easement over Outlot D. <br />A triangular segment of right-of-way shall be platted as an outlot per Exhibit N, and <br />applicant shall grant to the City road, drainage and utilities easements over it. <br />i
