3. The dedicated road right-of-way as it exists today serves no other public <br />purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Rodney A. <br />Crawford and Ann C. Crawford is hereby granted by the Council of the City of Orono and that <br />the portion of unimproved Lake Street l^ally described above is hereby vacated. The granting <br />of the petition is subject to the following condition: <br />1. Applicant to grant a 20 ’ wide access and utility easement over the existing sewer <br />line within the unimproved right-of-way of Lake Street. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular <br />meeting held on January 22, 1996. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
