Council conceptually denied the conditional <br />use permit/variance application that involved the excavation of an open water area within a <br />designated wetland. The resolution has been drafted based on the findings of the Planning <br />Commission ’s denial, statements of applicant and information submined by applicant with <br />application information. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either adopt or amend the enclosed denial resolution.
