All building envelopes shall be defined by the required setbacks for either the LR-lB <br />or LR-l A Zoning District. <br />Ravine area in southeast portion of property is to be designated as a drainage <br />easement. The City Engineer to confirm the required width and extent ot drainage <br />easement. <br />Future owner of Lot 2 is to be placed on notice that if property is included within the <br />MUSA and further subdivided into 1 acre lots with sewer at some time in the future, <br />that the City may consider requesting a future extension of the public roads to the <br />south of the property to serve newly created lots. <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning Administrator two <br />weeks prior to the regularly sclieduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the <br />month: <br />Record plat drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one (1) copy reduced <br />to 1" = 200 ’.
