The applicant has submitted the amended plan. Both <br />existing and proposed improvements within the 0-75' setback area have been removed. The <br />shared lot line has been relocated along Shoreline Drive. The County has approved the <br />proposed location of the shared drive. Lot I's area has been reduced from 16,500 s.f to <br />14,370 s f as a result of the rearrangement although lot width has been increased. Note Lot <br />2 no lonuer needs an area variance and will require only a width variance and hardcover <br />variance o^t' 6.9% within the 75-250' setback area. <br />The variances are reviewed as follows: <br />Section 10.25, Subdivision 6 (B) <br />Street setback variance for Lot 1 <br />Required = 30' <br />Existing = -6' <br />Proposed = 5' <br />Variance = 25' or 83%
