MN 55323-0063 <br />Dear Mr. Kallstrom: <br />1 have enclosed a copy of the above referenced resolution advising that ihe conditional use permit <br />that allowed the temporar>' use of a portable liquid natural gas vaporizer on the property located at <br />530 Old Ciy'stal Bay Road Nonh expires as of October 8, 1995. <br />A recent inspection confirmed that the area is still fenced in and appears to be still in use by <br />Minnegasco. <br />If the use is to continue at the site. .Minnegasco must file a new conditional use permit with the City. <br />Staff recalls during that review that this was to be a temporary solution for the area and that <br />Minnegasco was to provide a permanent facility to meet service needs of the community. It would <br />be very helpful if you include a status report on this matter with your new conditional use pemiit. <br />A conditional use perrr t implication has been enclosed for your use. Please note October 27th is <br />the deadline for the la.;- tneeting of the 1995 calendar year.
