MINUTES OF TBffi REGULAR ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 11,1995(#7 - #1958 Louis Oberhauser - Continued)Callahan asked that the resolution be prepared by the January 8,1996, meeting of the Council as answers will have been determined by that date.Hurr informed Oberhauser that he should be present at the meetings.Callahan requested and Oberhauser agreed to table the application to the January 8, 1996 meeting Oberhauser reiterated that the Council would not agree to any hardcover m the <br />0-75 ’ zone, would be in favor of approving the 5' encroachment into the road nght-ot- <br />way, rearrangement of the lot line, and a shared access. <br />Hurr asked that the amount of hardcover be left open to be discussed. <br />Mabusth said the letter of credit, developer's agreement and final figures • • mild be <br />available by the meeting for review. Oberhauser was asked to return thes^. Mree items as <br />listed to Staff* by January 2, 1996. <br />Hurr and Goetten asked that the whole package be presented. <br />Callahan moved, Jabbour seconded, to table Application #1958 to the Council meeting of <br />January 8, 1996. Conceptual approva^as <br />made of the road vacation and dedication of new drainage and utility easements. Gaffron <br />reported that the applicants have completed all of the requirements.
