Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />DATE:November 13, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: #2087 Minnegasco, Inc., 530 Old Crystal Bay Road North - Renewal <br />Conditional Use Permit - Public Hearing <br />Application: In 1990 the City granted a conditional use permit for a five year period to the <br />applicant to allow temporarv' use of a portable vaporizer to provide additional gas supplies to <br />the northwest Lake Minnetonka area until more permanent facilities were installed. Applicant <br />has applied for a renewal conditional use permit for another five year period to allow the <br />temporary use of the vaporizer as originally proposed in the 1990 application. <br />Pertinent Ordinances <br />Section 10.50, Subd. 3(A-7) - Conditional use permit required for public service structure <br />within industrial zone. Minnegasco proposes the continued use of portable liquid natural gas <br />vaporizer to inject gas into the distribution system during periods of high demand within the <br />winter months. <br />Required setbacks <br />.“X.
