Metropolitan Council SAC Fee: $4,970.00 <br />b. City Sanitary Sewer Connection Fee: $10,760.00. <br />c. Park Dedication Fee: $7,925.73. <br />d. Stormwater and Drainage Trunk Fee: $16,120. <br />e. Final Plat Application Fee: $550. <br /> <br />10) Payment of the following are required at the time of building permit for Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block <br />1, Wildhurst Forest, and for 1007 Wildhurst Trail: <br />a. Sewer Connection Permit: $50.00 per lot (due at the time of individual building permits) <br />b. Sewer Connection Inspection fee: $100 per lot (due at the time of individual building <br />permits). <br />c. 1007 Wildhurst Trail will also be subject to the Metropolitan Council SAC fee at the time <br />of sewer connection. <br /> <br />11) The City Clerk shall release the plat documents for filing only upon certification by the City <br />Attorney, Community Development Director, and City Engineer that all requirements of the <br />platting regulations have been satisfied. <br /> <br />12) The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with Hennepin County on or before <br />August 14, 2024, together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed <br />copies of the easements and covenants pertinent thereto. <br /> <br />13) Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution may <br />result in the termination of any authority granted herein. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Orono City Council on this 14th day of August, 2023. <br /> <br />ATTEST: CITY OF ORONO: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ ________________________________ <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br /> <br />
