The council will not engage in <br />discussion or take action on items presented at this time. However, the council may refer issues to staff <br />for follow up or consideration at a future meeting. Speakers should state their name and home address at <br />the podium before speaking. The council will first open the podium to City of Orono residents before <br />opening the podium to any member of the public wishing to address the council. <br /> <br />
