Variance Request to encroach on Average Lake Side Setback <br />Dear City Zoning and Planning Personnel, <br />I/We have reviewed the proposed survey and home addition plans from Dale and Cindy <br />Wunderlich located at 2726 Caroline Ave. We understand they would like to pursue a Variance <br />request to build an addition to the rear of their home that would encroach into the Average <br />Lake Side Setback. We don't feel this will be an impairment to our lake views and fully support <br />the approval of said variance.
