ZONING APPMCATIONS fCONT.)AFTER-THE-FACT APPLICATI* >N INVESTIGATION FEES ContinuedWhenever any work, use or division of Ua6 for which a formal appUcation is required has been commenced without first making such application and receiving City approval therefore, a special investigation of the circumstances shall l<' made during the appUcation proc^.Because of the extra administrative costs involved in the special investigation, the minimum appUcation fee for after-the-fact applications shall be twice the fee set forth in the basic fee schedule, whether or not the appUcation is thereafter approved or denied.
