§ 10.03 <br />B. Permit. An application for such permit shall <br />be accompanied by a drawing made by a registered surveyor or other <br />com*:etent person showing the location of the proposed excavation o <br />storage and shall state the amount of material which is <br />removed, excavated or storrsd, filled or graded, and such other <br />information as the Council may require from time to time. <br />Applications shall be filed with the City Administrator and shall <br />be accompanied by a deposit to be determined by the City, which <br />will be used to offset the cost of processing the application.
