MINUTES OF THE ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 17,1997
The legal non-conforming use status could be reestablished on the lot of record if
setbacks are met and added to tlie code but Van Zomeren said she is unsure how it would
affect other lots.
Hawn asked what would take longer, the 400' text amendment or determining location for
duplexes.
