Planning Commission Recommendation; <br />The Planning Commission recommended on a 3-2 vote to ^rove the application for constmction <br />of a duplex and amend the single zoning lot to include the duplex credit approval for construction <br />within 250 ’ of the B-3 zoning district due to the existing structure's classification as a legal, non- <br />conforming use. A motion to eliminate the duplex credit from the Zoning Code failed.
