r <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />ORONO HOCKEY BOOSTERS, INC. FOR <br />A ONE DAY OFF-SITE GAMBLING PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. are licensed to conduct lawful <br />gambling activities, and <br />WHEREAS, the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. proposed to conduct a one day off-site <br />gambling activity (raffle) as part of its annual pancake breakfast at the Orono High School on <br />January 18, 1998, and <br />WHEREAS, the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. is required to obtain approval of the <br />off-site gambling activity from the city in which the activity will occur. <br />therefore be it resolved , the Orono City Council does hereby <br />approve the application of the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. to conduct a one day off-site gambling <br />activity (raffle) at the Orono High School on January 18,1998. <br />1997. <br />Adopted at a regular meeting of the Orono City Council this 24th day of November, <br />ATTEST:Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />Dorothy M.
