The applicant is asking the City Council to fmd that <br />an office and showroom for classic car sales is substantially similar to <br />other uses in the zoning district, specifically, an antique store or a museum. <br />Planning Cmnmission <br />Recommendation: <br />The Planning Commission recommended on a 6-0 vote to find that classic <br />car sales were not consistent with the intent and purpose of the BS zoning <br />district due to display of vehicles outside.
