The cost to the city of Long Lake is $248,850 for 1998. This is an <br />increase of $9,444 or 3.94% over the 1997 amount. The cost of providing police services to the city <br />of Long Lake in 1999 and 2000 will be determined based upon the police department budget <br />amounts in those years and the cost allocation formula, with cost increases not to exceed 4% in any <br />one year. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve the police services contract with the city of Long Lake for the years 1998-2000 <br />and to authorize the Mayor to sign the contract document. <br />!/ <br />■ i <br />\ <br />i
