r MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 27,1997 <br />(#7 - #2301 Gerald McCourtney - Continued) <br />McCourtney had no additional comments. <br />Goetten questioned the location of the gate. McCourtney said it is on the 75 ‘ line. <br />Goetten asked if the trees removed in the 0-75' setback will be replanted. McCourtney <br />said the trees were removed after receipt of permit. A landscaping plan consisting of <br />approximately 60 arborvitae and 8-10 trees and submitted to the City has been approved. <br />Flint moved, Kelley seconded, to adopt Resolution No. 3987 per Planning Commission <br />recommendation. <br />Gaffron commented that the legal combination cannot occur at this time but the <br />applicant would like to proceed with the projects.
