Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, Minn 55323 <br />Dear Mrs. Van Zomeren, <br />With this letter I hereby request permission from the City of Orono <br />to operate a collector car museum and sales store on the property at 3850 <br />Shoreline Drive. <br />As a requirement of the State of Minnesota Transportation and Licensing <br />Department, the City is required to sign my application for the transfer of <br />my Used Car Dealers license from my present location to the new one in Orono. <br />We presently are located in St. Louis Park, and have operated for 3Js years <br />without incident or problems. Our present hours of operation are 8:30-4:30 <br />Mon thru Fri. <br />^ We anticipate the display and sales of collector cars at this location. <br />Im including some pictures of previous sales to show the type of cars that <br />we may have at any given time. We also anticipate limited sales of newer <br />JDodern cars and probably limited Saturday hours. <br />The present building meets all requirements of yourSec 10.44, B-5 <br />Limited Neighborhood Business District as far as I know. We have a purchase <br />agreement signed on the Bay Furniture store contingent on Orono's permission <br />for us to move in as of Nov 1st.
