Briefly, applicant proposes to make a <br />number of improvements along the right-of-way Femdale Road, including: <br />Placement of an arborvitae hedge at a 15' setback from the paved roadway but still <br />within the right-of-way of Femdale Road. <br />Construction of a gated access to the yard at the east end of the property , such gate <br />to be located 23’ from the paved roadway but still within the right-of-way of <br />Femdale Road. <br />Expansion of the east flare of the existing driveway by approximately 130 s.f. to <br />match the opposite flare, and provide more direct access to the driveway from the <br />east. This expansion is totally within the right-of-way of Femdale Road.
