Install the trails as private trails to provide internal pedestrian circulation for the subdivision, <br />2.Vacate the trail easements. <br />3. Install the trails as public trails. <br />The residents of the subdivision have been notified that the Council will consider the issue of the <br />trails and trail easements at the October 27 meetiiig, so that the Council can have the benefit of the <br />input from the residents in its decision process regarding the trails. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to indicate how the issue of internal trails in the Old Crystal Bay Addition is to be resolved. <br />1^1 irtiiiiiliiiil <1
