Applicant requests renewal of the <br />variances granted last fall for restoration and repair of the retaining wall adjacent to the <br />underground grotto, restoration of the grotto itself, and repairs lo two lakeshore stairway systems <br />located in the 0-75' setback zone. <br />Planning Commission Recommend ation <br />At their October 20 meeting, Planning Commission recommended approval per the findings and <br />conditions of the prior approval resolution, on a vote of 6-0. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff agrees with the Planning Commission recommendation, and recommends adoption of the <br />attached resolution for renewal of variances. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />, seconded byAdopt the attached resolution.
