Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />Goetten moved, Jabbour seconded, to reconvene. Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />(#17) COUNTY ROAD 15 PROJECT - INITIAL PAYMENT <br />Kelley inquired about the prepaid cost. Moorse said this amount is in accordance with <br />the estimate and part of the agreement. <br />Jabbour moved, Peterson seconded, to approve payment of the invoice from Henepin <br />County for the City's share of construction, engineering and MCWD contribution costs <br />for the County Road 15 Reconstruction Project in the amount of $52,302.28, to be <br />funded from the MSA fimd.
