After a number of neighborhood meetings, the residents <br />signed petitions requesting the sewer project and indicated their willingness to pay 100 per cent of <br />the project costs. The initial estimate of project cost was $20,351 per unit. Due to relocating the lift <br />station to a less costly location and due to a project free of any surprises, the actual per unit cost is <br />$16,964. This is a reduction of $3,387 or 16.6% per unit. .A resolution reflecting this per unit cost <br />is attached for Council adoption. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED; <br />Motion to adopt a resolution adopting the assessment roll for the Bay Rid,«?e project.
