OPEN BURNING AND AIR POLLUTION CONTROL <br />except as otherwise provided by «iis Code. <br />1 o-7*7 Subd. 2, The Air Pollution Control Rules, as amended in <br />u u P^^^'^-^ated by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, are <br />I’eference as though set forth verbatim herein. <br />Rules shall be marked CITY OF ORONO - OFFICIAL <br />COPY and kept on file in the office of the City Clerk and open to <br />public. It is unlawful to violate a <br />pro^^slon of this Section or of the Air Pollution Control Rules <br />hereby adopted by reference. <br />*. Exceptions. Burning pursuant to Subpara- <br />grapns B, C and 0 of Subdivision 3 hereof shall be permitted upon <br />^ssu®uce of an annual or occasional permit by the Building <br />Official and/or the Public Works Coordinator. Annual permits shall <br />be issued to anyone who anticipates or actually burns more than <br />five times per year, a fee shall be charged for annual permits. <br />Permits are issued subject to the following conditions: <br />. , - . ^ permittee, or his authorized representative,will be present at any fire so allowed. <br />. .
