•S' <br />/I <br />Staff recommends approval of lakeshore setback variance of 10' to allow the addition to <br />be located 65' from the shoreline where 75' is required. <br />Staff reconunends approval of a hardcover variance of 40.6% in the O' to 75' lakeshore <br />setback to allow 40.6% hardcover where none is allowed and 43.13% is existing. <br />Staff recommends af proval of a hardcover variance of 26.2% in the 75' to 250 lakeshore <br />setback to allow 5hardcover where 25% is allowed and 56% is existing. <br />Staff recommends that as a condition of approval of this application that all plastic imder <br />landscaping be removed from the property prior to construction.
