/ <br />September 22,1997 / <br />\ <br />Dennis Platteter <br />\ <br />\ <br />Re: Expired Preliminary Plat Approval ................... <br />Dear Mr. Platteter: <br />I have reviewed all City files related to your property on Brown Road North. Preliminary Plat approval <br />was granted on December 11,1995 and expired on December 11,1996. There is no record in the file that <br />you made a request to extend the preliminary plat approval prior to your letter of December 30, 1996, and <br />even if there was, no formal application for an extension has ever been submitted for Coimcil review, and <br />it now is 9 months after the expiration date. <br />My coi.clusion is that you need to file a renewal preliminary plat application for review by the Planning <br />Commission and Council. The next deadline for a complete Preliminary Plat application is Friday, <br />September 26,1997 at noon. I believe most of the required submittal information is in our files, but you <br />will need to: <br />1. Complete the renewal application form. <br />2. Submit a new 350 ’ certified property owners list. <br />3. Submit the $200 renewal fee as indicated in the subdivision application form for a <br />Class l/II Subdivision (No changes from original approval). <br />If the above information is submitted by the deadline, your application will be reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission on October 20, with Council action for Preliminary approval possible on October 27 at the <br />earliest.
