Variances are required for hardcover, side setback and lakeshore setback. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br />Planning Commission recommended by a 7 to 0 vote to: <br />1.Approve the deck as proposed subject to removal of hardcover in the amount of 490.2 s.f., <br />the area of the deck. <br />2.Approve a hardcover variance of 21.6% in the 0’ to 75' lakeshore zone where no <br />hardcover is allowed and 21.6% is existing and none is allowed.. <br />3.Approve a hardcover variance of 36.4% in the 75' to 250' hardcover zone to allow <br />63.6% hardcover where 63.6% is existing and 25% is allowed. <br />4.Approve a side setback variance of 5.9' to allow the deck to be located 4.T from the <br />side lot line where 10' is required and .9' is existing for the garage. <br />5.Approve a lakeshore setback variance of 8' to allow the deck to be located 67' from <br />the ordinary high water mark where 75' is required. <br />1 <br />' I
