Proposed Resolutions for Charles Edward Truman and Ardis Joan <br />Severtson <br />The City of Orono has established a process for the deferment of special assessments on property <br />owned and homestead by senior citizens who meet certain criteria. (Attachment A) <br />The following persons have applied for deferment of special assessments on the North Long <br />Lake/Long Lake Country Club Addition sewer project assessment roll. <br />Charles Edward Truman <br />1570 Long Lake Boulevard <br />Long Lake, MN 55356 <br />and <br />Ardis Joan Severtson <br />1586 Long Lake Boulevard <br />Long Lake, MN 55356 <br />It has been determined these persons meet the qualifications for the deferment of special assessments <br />as defined in Ordinance No. 2.62 and the income requirements established in Resolution 3894 <br />adopted April 28,1997. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt resolution no.____deferring the special assessments for Charles Edward Truman, <br />1570 Long Lake Boulevard and resolution no. ____deferring the special assessments for Ardis <br />Joan Severtson, 1586 Long Lake Boulevard in the North Long Lake/Long Lake Country Club <br />Addition sewer project.
